Since Anna could remember, she has always leaned towards the desire to create, to make “something out of nothing” and to leave things better than she found them. This desire is now being stretched and practiced through painting in her home studio in Trussville, Alabama.

She is inspired by the beauty of color, shape, texture, and their relationship to one another. For Anna, these elements come together in a soft abstract style, through which you can expect a gentle flow, subtle movement, and softness with surprising hints of boldness.
