This work measures 48x60. Stretched it will be closer to 44x54. It is much easier to ship unstretched and have your framer do it, but I am able to have it framed and stretched in Birmingham if you are unable. It just is extra and add to shipping cost. Price listed is as is. Est for shipping, stretching framing is around $400- $700 depending on location
